Need help with strange Bose reception problem

Got no help on the 4th Gen board... so I'll give it one more shot here:

Anyone out there know what connection there would be between the lights & the Bose? I've been having some intermittent reception problems with some of the weaker stations, but only when the headlights / dash dimmers are on! Sounds very strange, but I've proven it to be true many times (turned off, perfect sound, lights back on, static). Almost sounds like a loose connection with the antenna when happening, except for the lights thing. I'm scratching my head on this one... any ideas out there?

Re: Need help with strange Bose reception problem

I've been having the same problem with my '94, only it happens when I turn my rear window defroster on. It has to be a short somewhere. I'm going to pull the defroster relay and check it out when it is a little warmer outside. Let me know if you find anything.
