Pics of my car.

Got around to putting them on the site tonight. I'll get some more later on. Hopefully after I clean out the inside a little.

My car has a salvage title so there were no airbags to begin with. Just ugly vinyl covers in both places.

The pass airbag cover is a piece of semi-trailer skin (thin sheet metal). The other side of it is white. It took awhile to get it formed to fit in there and stay in place. There are skinny strips of velcro on the back to keep it in place.

The steering wheel wasn't too bad to put in. There were a couple of bolts in there that required special tools (or vice grips) to remove. I relocated my horn down in my cigarette lighter with a small push-button. My cruise controls are mounted in front of my right knee on the panel thats under the steering column. There was a lot of stuff to take off. I spent most of the time wondering if I had removed too many things. I probably wouldn't have done it if there was an airbag to mess with.

The screen on my steering column is a Techtom MDM-100.

I had a buddy that was selling those A/F guages for $25 so I figured I'd just put one on each bank. I may move them down to the spot under the radio sometime and put a tranny temp guage with something else over there.
