Vinyl or Leather?

This weekend is supposed to get nice and warm around these parts and my leather seats need some conditioning... Meguired or Lexol, I'll see what i can get ahold of...

My question is, whats leather, and what vinyl?? Its been cold here and its all hard!

I heard some people say the backs of the seats are vinyl?, what about the sides where the power seat controls are? Top sides where the AIRBAG tags are sewn in? The headrests seem to be a different material? Or is it that they are barely touched ever so are soft still??

The sides of the front seat and the entire back seat are made of vinyl.

The leather is of such cheap quality that the vinyl is actually less brittle after a few years. If you can remember the parts of your seat that were loose and had gathers when new, that's the leather part. In the 4th gen the squares. Don't sweat it, it makes no difference which is which. We're not talking Jaguar or Cadillac here!
