I ordered all new coil packs for my 97 max.

The back 3 were fine, but the front 3 have a different part number on the new coils compared to the old coils.

They look very similar, but the plastic shaft is shorter and the rubber part is longer. BUT they are the same length.

The Part Number on the Coil pack in the car is 2248-31U06

The part Number of the NEW coil pack is 2248-31U16

Anybody know if the are the same?

OR what the 2248-31u16 goes to?

I'll take a look later at my packs, and then a friend's packs on his 99 later....Are they both Hashin/Mitsubishi?
