5 speed sticking in reverse...

I have a 5 speed that has approx 102k miles on it and the diff. bearings were replaced at approx 95k miles. It recently started sticking in reverse when I back up. To get it to release I have to drive in reverse for approx 1 to two blocks. At that point it will allow itself to come out of reverse. 1st through 5th are fine and shift normally. No sticking there. Any ideas? Has anyone else encountered something of this nature? I'm VERY mechanicly inclined (though I can't spell

) and would like to fix whatever it is. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
