worth the extra money??

is there a big dif between the K&N and the apexi filters.

Apexi is a dry filter, K&N requires oil

the dealerships are claiming that the oil from the filter screws up the maf, this has been a major problem in later 5th gen models, most other people dont have the problem. I'd go with the apexi.

so how long can you use an apex-i filter for? does it require replacement after a certain amount of miles?

30k is when you throw it out. Ill ask my friend that has one to make shrue but thats what I remember hearing.

i got the K&N cone,with mid-pipe and i put 10,000 miles on it. Didn't notice a difference.
