For the past 8 months or so I have been driving around with 85W bulbs on my car. . . Well, about 5 months ago I decided to order a headlight harness from APC for overwattage bulbs so I didn't fry the stock one. . . Well, I didn't get the upgraded harness until today, which is exactly 2 days after both my harnesses fried. . . So my question is, is there anywhere online that I can order a harness from a junked Maixma? We don't have any import junkyards around where I live? I only need one, as I am using the upgraded harness now, but the stock one need replaced. I hate having to open the hood and push in the loose wiring to get the lights to turn on.

Try this guy Karl that I just got a '97 SE gauge cluster from. He treated me fairly and shipped it quickly. I got an e-mail from him 15 minutes ago saying that he had all kinds of Maxima parts for sale (from a wreck(s)).

Are you talking about the plug that snaps into the bulb? I had the same problem with those stupid blue bulbs. Any auto parts store sells the plugs about 4 bucks each. I've replace mine, if you're good at soldering it should take you a few minutes. One point of advice, to get brighter lights ground the harness directly to the chassie, using the ground in the harness routes it all over the place before its really grounded. Since electricity looks for the path of least resistance, the better the ground the more power you can run, hense the brighter the bulb.
