Abandoned 95 SE in TX

Since this isn't a 4th gen specific thread, I'll repost it here.

I'm looking for any information on how to get my hands on the car mentioned in this thread.

If repo'd by a bank you need to contact the bank and discuss with the management. Offer cash and you may be able to strike a deal. If abandoned, then that means the state took possession and you may only buy at auction.
