Few Questions

1.Peeling out runs the transmission. How about mashing it when you are getting on the freeway? Does this hurt as well? I do this the most.
2. I have H&R springs on my max. The gap in the front still is a little too big for me. Is there anything wrong with cutting one coil to lower it more? Is it safe? Would I run into any problems?
3.Does the UDP work only when I have the radio, A/C, or headlights on?
4.How much HP does that resonator take away?

Answers:
1) Driving your car hard will wear it down. So if you floor the gas a lot, it will cause both your engine and transmission to wear more than say, if you drove the car gently. As for killing the transmission, I would say no it doesn't. Just get the fluid changed every 15k and you should be fine.
2) Don't cut springs. Just don't do it. I won't go into details, but you are seriously compromising your safety and performance when you cut springs. Springs are meant to function with all coils...cutting one will ruin the overall spring rate and kill your handling and ride.
3) UDP works all the time whenever the engine is on. The concern with UDP is that it may not turn the alternator as effectively so your lights may dim when you turn up your accessories like stereo and AC
4) Resonator doesn't take any hp away. This was tested years ago and the difference is not even noticeable. The only reason to remove the resonator is if you have an intake and just feel like gutting the stock intake tubing which isn't being used anymore. But leaving it in doesn't hurt things either.
