Push Button Ignition
I know one guy who did it in his 3rd gen max. He got the button from NOPI and installed it where the cig. lighter was so I think it would look pretty sweet
he doesn't post here and I can't contact him so I can't really tell you anymore, but I don't think it would be too hard

push button
I don't really have any knowledge about these, but I can imagine it's basically the same as a remote starter...except inside the car. Check out the nopi site (i don't know the addy) but I bet you just wire the button, and set the starter crank time and stuff like that and you're good to go.

It can't be that hard...
it's just like hotwiring a car...except the key is in the ignition!
When you turn the key to position three, all it does is connect the two wires needed to start the car...a button can do the same thing...just press and hold until it starts (like the S2000 or turning the key). The button would simply connect the starter wires.
I have a remote start (but its not actually fully installed, lacking the 2nd "cold start" relay and I'm too lazy to fix it) so I've messed with all the wiring down there (along with the ingenius help of Craig B I should add) and we got the car to start and everything...shouldn't be too hard.
When I get back to ATL, maybe I'll convince Craig to do this with me.

you know...
i was wondering about the ignited starts too, but i was always worried about what you would have to do if it fails. because if i'm not mistaken the key goes in, you twist, and then press the start button. what if the button fails? turning that key won't do crap, and you have to figure out whats wrong or restore it back to how it starts regularly, which can be a pain in the *** if your not in your own garage. i don't know...sounds cool but not something i would take a chance with.
