What is up with this body kit...

This must be custom right? I have never seen anything like it. The guys org handle is yellowbrother. I remember seeing him post here often a while ago. What happended to him?

it's a 3rd gen camry add-on kit...the backs been chopped up on the side to fit...and the sideskirt was too short...he had plans for it...but it was rear ended...
