For those of you who don't go there regularly...

Mostly a review of the 6th gen, but some good historical stuff too. Kinda interesting.

That guy must have it in for the new Maxima. First, he calls the Skyview optional. If he realized that the skyview is standard on every 2004 Maxima, with the typical moonroof as an option, maybe he'd appreciate that the free fixed glass is better than no glass at all.

Also, he knocks the elite seating, dissmissing it as a gimmick. The idea of sacrificing one passenger space in the rear so that the 2 remaining passngers can have extra levels of comfort, spaciousness, and heated seats, is a brilliant gimmick to me. Heck, Mercedes Benz had to produce a whole new division (Maybach) to make cars with that gimmick. Yes, yes, I know, 1 Maybach costs as much as 10 to 12 brand new 2004 Maximas, so Mercedes made thier back seats extra extra special, but the Nissan implementaition is a good move considering the market that it's in.

"Once on its way, the Maxima can show its taillights to a whole catalog of sedans."
