I just recently tuned up my max (changed plugs, fuel filter, and had the fuel system cleaned out), and it is still a little sluggish at lower rpms. Any suggestions as to why that may be? Fuel injectors? It just doesn't feel like it has the smooth pep that it used to. BTW, it has 85K miles. Thanks in advance for any advice.

You sure you're not comparing the feel of the car to when it was stock? Both the intake and exhaust will take a bit of low end away.

Get an S/C or put jungle juice in the trunk, you'll feel

the low end.
