***PICS*** Installed Clear Spoiler LED

Thanks to K Pazzo 6 for all the necessary info, I was able to add a mod that is quite rare for a Maxima.
I bought the clear spoiler LED brake light HERE and had to modify it slightly to replace my stock red spoiler LED. Install took me about an hour start to finish.
Check K Pazzo 6's homepage for the How-To on this...

Here's a few pics (I know, she is filthy):

Thanks for the compliments guys.

Kirk- Get a California duster, works wonders on pollen and dust, especially if the car has a fresh coat of wax on it.

i've already got one...it's just a pain to take it out every five minutes and clean off nature's fresh coat pollen.

I just used a lot of silicone cuz I couldn't get a good angle to drill new holes. It's on there nice and tight though...
Only drilled a hole to run the wires.

Finally had the time to post it. I took it apart and painted the top of the circut board aluminum with a brush to cover up the ugly brown.

It look a lot better in person. I'll post pics once on the car.

Can you explain how you got the housing open? I wanted to paint the brown circuit board either white or silver, but I couldn't figure out how to get the housing open.
Thanks. I'd like to do this...

Give me like 10 min and I'll show a detailed pic.
