Ok, more help needed

A little back ground, I have a 0201 code, ignition circuit fail. I replaced/checked EVERYTHING. And I finally got the code to go away witha 1996 ecu. Here is where the new trouble starts...

My car was at nissan for an entire day and they could not find anything wrong.

ok, I put a 1996 AUTO gxe ECU in my 1997 AUTO se.

I get the rear heated 02 sensor code, expected. BUT I also get the automatic transmisson signal to the ecu code.

And to top it off when I put in my or another 1997 ECU I get my darn 0201 igniton circuit fail again

If anybody has an FSM, I still do not have mine, can you tell me if the wiring harness for the auto tranny runs with the ignitioin harness???

I guess I will need to undo ALL componets connected to the igniton system in any way and check all connections

If you have any comments or questions post them.. I have done all the trouble shooting from the FSM I was able to.

Thanks and this really sucks

I am also wondering if a dead ( low PSI ) cylinder could cause this. I might need to do a compression check
