Do you Eat in your Maxima ?

While its so tempting to pull through any drive thru in the country ! The hazards of small food particles covering the interior are always a risk. Just do some interior detail work after a months worth of cheeseburgers and taco's. You find more crumbs and grit than you could imagine.

Questions:
Is eating allowed in your maxima?
Are there any exceptions ?

I live in my car.. lunch and dinner are both consumed in my driver's seat. once a week, I drag a trashcan over to the pass side and start cleaning. ugh.

now my wife on the other hand.. NO. she has to wait until we get home. (after someone left a chocolate shake sitting on my floor at a car show and she hopped in an kicked it everywhere. GRRRR)

just once and when i dropped a big chunk of my bacon, egg and cheese biscuit under the seat i took it as a sign that i shouldnt do that anymore.

plus after a year and a half of owning the car i love the compliment of "it still smells new!" when people get in my car for the first time. i dont want to lose it.

Usually it never comes up, but when I took a week long roadtrip quite a few meals were consumed in my max. There was a pizza box in my back seat for like 3 days... and it was half full. I used like half a bottle of febreeze the day I got home.

Anyone ever drop a fry and never know where it went....till you thoroughly clean the max 3 months later? Yeah, I don't like to eat in the car...I let other people only if I know they are going to be careful...how do I know they will be careful...I take a look at their car and see how they treat it...if they are a fellow auto enthusiast...usually i let them

There is generally no eating in my max. There are some exceptions such as myself and a few of my friends who care as much about their cars as i do. I also still get that "Your car still smells new" all the time from people. Its a great feeling after owning the car for 3 years and it still smells new

Every morning I eat a droppy, greasy, cheesy breakfast bagel before cisco class. The only thing it gets on is my shirt

I eat in my Max, all my friends know that if one drop of food goes onto my car, they will be killed, that why they never eat in my car.

Eating is no problem in the Maxima, just don't do it while driving, it's a hazard much like the cell phone. Today, for no reason at all, on the Blue Route this am a female in a Toyota Avalon went 40-0 and swerved onto the shoulder--the Maxima in front of me almost crashed into her and me into him and a Caddy behind me into me. Ridiculous PA drivers, either on the cell, doing make-up, or eating. I will never understand why PA can't understand the concept of alternate merge. WTF do they do in NYC when 9 lanes are going into 2 or 1? As far as crumbs go, who cares? We eat in front of the TV on our $4k sectional leather furniture at parties, why would we car about a Maxima? just my .02 don't get all mad fellas!

No eating unless it's the girlfriend. She doesn't leave many crumbs.

Maybe some candy, but never fast food or anything that will mess up the car if it gets dropped!

well....I usually eat at home a lot because my mom likes to cook. When i do go out, I usually eat at restaurants. If i eat at a fast food place, I'll eat in my car. I am a neat freak...sooo i i try not to spill food. I usually never have over 3 people total in my car. All my friends have cars, or i can drive around some girls...

My biggest beef is with pinestraw and crap on peoples' shoes.

I love my Max and like to keep it nice but it is not a show car. I eat in it all the time when I am in a rush. But any spills get cleaned up immediatly and the fast food trash leaves the car the next time I stop. Nothing smells worse than old fast food.
