selling max on ebay

Re: selling max on ebay
I put my 96 for sell about 2yrs ago, had TONS of hits but no one was bidding. People were waiting till the last couple days. Then when a local person saw my ad in autotrader, called me and I sold it. When I had posted my retraction THEN I had a bunch of e-mails w/ people wondering why I'm retracting and offering me flat out to buy it. As a recommendation, if you know of anyone that does HTML, it's more appealing to have a good looking page like I did. My friend built my page.
I think it's a good idea to spread your wings. No reason to stay local.
I put a reserve for the ABSOLUTE LOWEST I would take for the car which I believe was 10K at the time and I ended up selling it for about that much anyways, I was looking at geting 12.5K and I put it for sell for 14K I believe.
Good luck to you.

If you have not sold your car yet I would suggest posting it to maxima.org first. I got 8-10 replies when I posted mine and actually sold it to an org member. Given it is free (although I am making a donation based on the selling price), it works quite well.
