Opinion on Light weight Rims

I placed the order for 18x8 OZ Superleggaras a month and a half back and now OZ is saying that they don't know when they'll get 'em probably not for another month or two and they're still not sure. I was wondering if any of you could recommend another wheel that's light weight and looks good. I have a black 2k1 5spd.

Also just a word of caution, if anyone else is looking to buy the OZ Superleggaras, don't believe tire rack. They're saying that OZ will NOT be making those in the grey finish. I called up OZ America and they said that was total BS. They're having production problems in Italy, but they're making both Silver and Grey.

I've heard that SSR Competition (i think) are not as strong as the OZ's and tend to bend easily. Any thoughts?

Also, anyone know what 'subscribed' means next to the thread I posted?

I have the SSR's Integral GT1's... There supposed to be forged. There definitely dumb light but they also bend.. I have like 2 rims that are not perfectly round.. But it doesn't affect driving though.,

That probably came from me. Quite a few Miata guys were having problems with SSR Competitions and potholes on 50 series tires. Also if you search around the web, you'll find other stories of bent SSR Cs. That's why I bought myself some TE37s. Strong and light, but will eat your wallet alive.
