Too low problems ????

Just wanted to find out if anyone has encountered any problems when lowering there cars with sprints or ground controls etc, I know that many honda's have problems with welds popping, strut towers cracking etc, all when lowered too much, I'm looking at a 2" drop minimum just wanted to know if it's a safe option because the honda's problems are with off the shelf stuff too.

I haven't had amy problems. I have Ground Controls and have been all the way down (3") for over 2 years now. Well, the only problem I've had is that when you drop 3", you have about 2" left of travel, so you are constantly hitting bumpstops, and your struts go out very prematurely.

short term i don't see any problem, but over time and over some rough roads, you could do some damage.

O/T... but what the heck is a Australian spec maxima... is it a right drive? or do you have the Mad Max option package? j/k
