is there anyone here who's had their tokicos for a while (like a year) and are ACTUALLY SATISFIED?!

i need shocks/struts and it's getting harder to convince the wife that these mods are justified...

so, instead of koni's like i planned, i'm thinking of getting the tokico's. i rode in a couple of cars w/ them and even though they told me they were 'gone' after about 8-10k, i thought they felt pretty damn good. and no one seems to know how long the koni's would actually last, cause at least the tokico's have a lifetime warranty on them.

I've had Suspension Techniques Springs and Tokico Struts on for over 3 years, now. They are great, and they are showing no signs of deterioration. They provide a firmer-than-stock ride, but it's not too harsh. The car has a lower center of gravity (1.4"), which allows better cornering and reduces nose-dive under braking. With a RSB and strut tower braces fore and aft, the car corners *very* well. The folks that seem to complain most about Tokicos are the ones who have a set of Eibach Springs put on with them. IMHO, they may have a spring problem, not a strut problem. My .02... Good luck.

I've had my Eibach/Tokico set up for 16,000 miles and I am very satisfied w/ this setup. No problems such as leaking of the strut/shock assembly....Fernando

and fernando, i have the eibach pro kits as well, so i'll have the same set-up as you do. i don't feel so bad about tokico's rather than koni setup.
