Best Paint for interior parts....

I wanna repaint some of my interior parts... some of dash board parts.. what kind paint should i use? i forgot what i used last time but this time i want something that makes it look glossy. last paint job wasn't that bad(wasn't peeling off or nothing) but it didn't have the glossy look. Any recommendation? and i definately need to clear coat it right?

thanks,
Tae

Not sure how this can be done besides taking it to a paint shop but the absolutely BEST job I have ever seen is a guy that had his interior pieces basically powder coated in a brushed alum. finish. had a high gloss, had the effect of brushed alum. and had some shop do it... Once again, not sure if he had taken it to a paint shop or had it somehow powder coated. (I know for powder coating you usually oven bake it to cure it so I don't know how he did plastic)
Just some ideas for you that if you're satisfied with your own work than great, otherwise, maybe pay $100 to have all your interior pieces like vents, interior door handles, etc done.
Good luck

Its paint specifically for dasboards and interior trim pieces, and if you're looking for that high gloss effect alot of clear coat is key. Take your time when doing it.

BTW you can find this paint at your local Pep Boys.

I went ol' skool' w/ some Rust-o-leum from Home Depot (midnight black metallic) and glossy clearcoat and have gotten the best two things possible:
a) complements from people who know
b) surprise from people who dont know i painted them
