Use 2x4 wooden block, have someone lift the front of the car from each side (by the fender) to help bring the car up onto the ramp. If you car is that slammed, scraping comes with the territory.

Only thing I gotta do is jack up one side with my small jack first so I can slide the big jack under my front lip, it's too dam low
