I recently bought some reverse indiglo gauges off ebay, and when they came in the mail, there were some small black marks on them. I tried using some soap and water, but that didn't work. What else should I try that won't ruin them? If nothing works, I will obviously return them, but I want to install them tomorrow if possible when I go meet up with other Max guys. Thanks guys.

What are they made out of? Might try some goof off but it depends on what it is made out of, because it could ruin the finish.
