NTK is O2 sensor company branched from NGK. Hmmm? Did Carparts.com pull one on me? Or am I just stressing too much? Thanks

The automotive parts manufacturers don't actually make all part numbers for all possible makes and models for all cars (I used to be an executive with an automotive chain, and am fairly familiar with this). However, as it is important to have a complete catalogue with every part number possible, they will have to source the parts they don't make from those who do.

I would assume in your case it was Bosch that put the NTK sensor in its box.

BTW - sometimes this practice makes parts cheaper (e.g., Bosch part in a Fram package) or more expensive (as in the reverse).
