Keyless stopped working please help!

Hello, I have a 96 max. I recntyly installed a new headunit (since my old one got stolen) to hear some tunes again but when I put everything back in and screwed the center panel back in the headunit worked great. But when I stepped out my car to go in the house I noticed my keyless entry didnt lock the doors when I pressed it. I mean 20 minutes earlier it was working. Does anyone know where the remote entry part is on the car so I can see if a wire got disconnected? I have no clue about how the romete entry works so all the help would be greatly appreciated. Thank You guys in advanced.

You might post this in audio forums as well...maybe someone there is familiar with what you may have done.

Just my $0.02
The Keyless entry module is in the trunk behind the jack storage pocket. However - If I am not mistaken - the Keyless unit also interacts with the BCM (Body Control Module) located behind the Stereo / AC controls. That might be a good place to start as well as checking fuses ( I am sure the keyless unit) has one somewhere...

You may also want to try re-programming the keyless entry...
