i recently failed inspection because the mirror i had on my driver side door was a convex type. the shop i ordered from isn't helping me out too much. i was wondering if anyone has the FSM that has details on how to dismantle the actual housing for the mirrow so i can swap mirrors from my old housing. from the outside it looks as if it cannot be done. i'm just trying my last chances now. any help is appreciated otherwise i'll need hookups to places that i can order a completely new housing with the correct mirror for cheap. thanks

nobody knows how to swap mirrors from the housings??? time is running out. i gotta get this thing to pass...

it can be done, I had to take mine apart to put the blinkers on
