Actually, the noise (zhizhi) lasts for a few seconds, it stops and appears after a while. (The car does not move)
If it is from the lossing belt(s), should I go to mechanics asap? how much will cost?
Thanks.

Right front wheel.
Right front wheel.
Typically its not a big deal, just annoying. It usually means that they either aren't tensioned properly or are starting to become too worn.
If you can do it yourself it would cost less than $30. At a mechanic you shouldn't have to pay more than $100 for new belts installed.

I agree then, it sounds like its the belts squealing.

What kind of belts should they be? The noise is really annoying although it looks like not to affect my driving now.

You could use generic belts from a parts store, or Nissan belts, shouldn't make a difference. As long as they are tensioned properly, any (assuming the correct size) will work.

Not sure what you mean. There are 2 belts, the Power Steering belt, and the Alternator/AC Compressor belt. If you're going to replace one you should replace both.
