What does this mean?

Load = 100%?

We plugged in a scan tool last night and the load displays 100% ALL the time - even when idling in neutral.

Any effect on performance? What's this mean and how do I make it read what it should? I've been told it should be at zero.

I thought load would be determined by the TPS, who knows.

The scan tool seems fine. It just happens on my car.
