act clutch question

I know there has been some tranny problems with people using this clutch, but is there anyone out there that has not had problems with there act clutch? What are your comments about the clutch?

Oh Sprinty, this one is for you.

It's not so much the clutch thats causing the problems rather the people who are using them.

Shift hard, bang gears & chirp 3rd with your ACT clutch and you will definately have tranny problems. Shift it nice and smooth and enjoy how efficently it puts power down through your tranny and you shouldn't have any problems with your transmission.

I have act and i dont have any problem so far and its ben about 8K , i must admit when i got it is was chirpin 3rd and doing all kinda of crazy **** for like 1k, but after ive still ben drivin drivin pritty aggressive and the clutch still grips good and works fine, also the installation is a very important part into how it will turn out, i did mines with my uncle so we took our time and made sure everything was right, make sure you have a trusty machnic do it and someone hu knows what hes doing.
