Back in the Maxima family...

Just picked up a Starfire Blue Supercharged 1996 Maxima SE 5 Speed w/tan interior, Moonroof. It came absolutelty loaded up with mods as I bought it off a fellow org member. V2 Supercharger, SAFCII, Blitz BOV, Full RT Exhaust, Warpspeed Y Pipe, KYB/AGX/Eibach setup, Moda R6 5 Spoke 17" with 235/45 ST HTR, RSB, FSTB, STS. Also came with some strong sound including Orion, Alpine, Kenwood components as well as reflective window tint, carbonfiber dash trim, front clears, a couple of guages and pod, stock 15's as well as a set of chrome Enkei 5 spoke wheels, 2 17x8 and 2 18x8 w/Kumho Ecstas.

Car is a real blast to drive, cant get enough of it. Dynoed at 278HP/254TQ to the wheels at 9 PSI. Feels good to be back.

Wow Vlad, good sh*t. How do you get this lucky everytime. You have to take me out for a drive. Do you know what type of times it runs at the track?

Thanks guys, forgot to mention, first thing I did was scrape those ugly letters/emblem off the back and the sticker off the rear glass. It was a huge pain, I had to do it individually using my finger nails, basically after I was done 4 of my nails were hurting like hell, but well worth it, the back is now nice and shaved and the rear glass nice and clean. I also took the nosemask right off and that helped as well. Car is almost ready to my tastes.

Alex, previous owner never ran it, then again he only had the SC on for a couple of months. Gonna have to see for myself.

Sprint, GS is on the way out, I smell Quattro. Difference between me and Russ is I hand pick used car deals and if its under or around a year of ownership for me, I tend to get the full amount I paid back even after my use.

Mecca, the dash has a headunit and the blank space has a carbonfiber trim piece with nissan logo to cover it up which I now put on.

Vlad, I want to hit up the track on the 20th, want to come along? How about a ride before the track. I also want to have a little frindly race at the Field. I would like to see how I stand up to a much more powerful maxima.

Honestly, I dont think mine would do much better than low 14's, so I dont think you with your mods and 50 shot would be much slower at all, but its not a problem either way. Which track do you want to go to, oh and also wanted to take a look at those ballasts.

I was going to buy that car aswell, but it was just too much.

Glad to see another member get it, and hopefully Mark will have fun with his FireHawk. You got a hell of a deal!
