what tire are those? i'm still stock height and running 18s...40series tires, which're smaller than stock. So theoretically (assuming you're running stock tires) my gap's bigger. And yes, guys love huge gaps!

Hey don't feel so bad. Check out my homepage. I have 17s with the stock wheel gap. looks disgusting.

I'm thinking about throwing my sprints on with the stock struts. I'm too cheap!!

you could always get some 80+ series sidewall tires. That would clear up the gap and give you off-road capabilities that would make a wrangler jealous

If I jacked my car up, I would have that much of a wheel gap too

I couldn't fit my shoe because my stock 15" wheels don't leave enough room for my 11-1/2 shoe.

dude i've seen your car in person on the freeway, it doesnt look that bad. just be thankful you have the smooth luxurious GLE ride quality right now.

try riding in my car and you'll feel every bump in the damn road, but i guess you'll look good doing it.

For both, to get a smaller gap, you got to think "lower"...

Or "younger"

yea... but when u see my car at a complete stop, u'll notice the gap very easily. rite now with FSTB RSB and RSTB i can only do at most 30mph on a 90 degree turn. the body roll makes me feel like i'm about to fly outta the car.

good thing is, i'm goin to DVC next year, which means i'll be driving on 680 north a lot. not too much bumps like berkely

happyricefob, if u need a place to install your suspension, try calling up modacar. i got quoted i think 200 bucks for installing suspension. that was the cheapest i found in the area. I think wheel works wanted to charge me 600 bucks!

In the end I just ended up doing it myself, but I used airtools of a mechanic i used to work for.

Read the ****1ng thread before posting damnit, and if you knew anything about Willams car, you would know Autozone and Metallic97GXE do not belong in the same fricken sentence.

I wouldnt be surprised if the next thing you do is ask TheBigSadler where he got his chrome spray paint

If I lived in countryville and no imports were close by I d have many trophies too. I live in Cali and if I had a autozone maxima I would not even have a space available to park and compete, let alone get awarded a trophy.
