how do i rewire my bumper lights so theyre always on

i understand this much but what does this mean ?? ground???

1 Remove the Blinker and side lights from the car.
2. CUT the ground from the sidemarker and reroute it so you can splice it to the (+) of the turn signal. If you don't cut it, all the current from the (+) of the turn signal will go to the uncut ground of the sidemarker = short circuit = blown fuse

since i know nothing about wiring...and im not mcguyver..imma get that done at a shop for 45 bucks.that price sound reasonable for u guys?...

Are you trying to get your turn and bumper to
alternate on/off or trying to make your front bumper stay on all the time? If you want them to alternate..look at chestons site for directions..it takes about 10 minutes and is pretty easy. To make the front stay on, I'm not sure. I know the integras do but they use a dual fillament bulb.
