Anyone have problems with ALKAPLUS? I do...

Here is my situation:
Bought a few pieces their carbon fiber kit (around shifter, ashtray, radio) back in early December. Got them, installed the radio piece and when I got to the shifter realized they sent me the auto instead of manual. So I call them up and after 2 MORE phone calls I finally got the piece but it was not sut properly and was very soft, flexible (like the epoxy top was not dried fully or something), and the "grain" was going the opposite way. Once again I call them up and after 3 weeks and many more phone calls get another replacement. This one has the same problems and is also much thinner than the other.
Now what should I do?
I already have the one peice on, but would like to get my money back and just go somewhere else. Is there a way to get that peice off?
Thanks for any feedback...
