I got a K&N panel filter yesterday from the local autozone to complement my ram air. They actually had the thing in stock sitting on the shelf, I was surprised. My car is creeping up on the 60K service so I figured why not. On my way back from the auto parts store, I had a race with some idiot with 4 people in a 4th gen 97-99 Camry like my mom's, except I think his was a 4 cyl. Needless to say he tried racing me and I completely obliterated his ***. I made it look like he was standing still. After about 30 seconds when he finally caught up to me, he started riding my ***. What an idiot. I also went to home depot and bought a 2" rubber hose coupling. It says 2" but its actually 2.5". It fits nice and well and helped quiet down the car some more, as there isnt leaky ductape holding my shopvac hose in place anymore. As soon as I got home, I see a huge box sitting on my front porch. It was the stillen lip. I opened it and test fitted it to my car. Excellent, the thing is urethane and it should be able to take some abuse. Not only that, but it completey covers up the curb damage on both sides of my front fenders. Good, cause those fenders are really expensive to fix. Now I only have to get the lip painted and only little parts of the bumper touched up.
