runing different rim sizes for winter

I have 300zx front brakes and was considering buying a pair of z rims to put on the front, and riding on stock 15 inch wheels in the back. Is this a terrible idea?

'no' it's not a bad idea or 'no' don't do it? I don't know enough about rims tires to know, I'm asking.

My friend's slk 320 has smaller fronts than backs so I guess there *shouldn't* be a reason not to, but it just seems wrong to have smaller wheels in the back than the front.

No matter what, make sure you get the same tires all around!
