another big brake question

What won't a brake setup from a Q45 work?

Maybe because the Q is a RWD like the Z and 240....

But if people swap Q45 brakes onto 240's, then wouldn't it stand to reason that the brakes would work on the maxima also? 240's get to use 300Z brakes or Q45 brakes without too much trouble. We know 300Z brakes work on our cars just fine.

Personally, I wouldn't think it's worth it unless you can get an amazing deal on the Q brakes. They're 2 piston as opposed to the Z's 4 piston. And replacement parts are probably more expensive simply because it's a Q45.

Yes, it should work but like all the RWD to FWD it would probably need to be milled down 3mm on the rotor radius.

i rememeber there were group deals for brand new z calipers milled rotors and stuff for 600 or so... i think that's a fair price for all brand spankin' new stuff
