Going speed other than reasonable, the police officer was coming out of a pizza hut drive way. I went by the office and she pulled out and said I was tryin to make the light, which I wasn't. How can she give me a ticket for going speeds other than reasonable and she was at a stand still position, she had no radar and she wasn't moving herself.

 

its her word againsts yours in court.. judge will go in her favor. sucks, if you want a lawyer involved you might win, argue that she didnt even have proof you were speeding.

 

yeah, unfortunately you are pretty much screwed. 2 words, driving school.

 

She doesn't need an actual clocked speed to write you this ticket. If she feels that you were going too fast for the traffic or road conditions, she can issue this ticket. She has to be able to articulate in court why she wrote you this ticket. If she can't, then you're off the hook. This sounds like a tough one. In a situation like a car running off the road becasue it was going too fast to make the turn, this ticket is Ideal. In your case I don't know, did your tires squeal or something?

that's the down side of female cops.. if you get them while PMSing.. you're screwed.

 

If the judge is male, just tell him she admitted to being in her period.
