I have a buying dilema??? Help!

I am having yet another dilema in shopping for my used 4th gen and I need all of your help

Which is the better buy????

99 SE with 120K on it for Lets say $13,000
or a
97 SE with 90K on it for lets say $13,000

I am not sure what I should be worried about more.
The year or the Kilometers????

I do not have two cars I am presently looking at but this is the comparison I find myself constantly making as I search for cars on and off line...

Any oppinions

Let me know
Thanks

Yeah dude, I am not sure if those are such great prices, unless they are in Canadian $. I got mine '98 GLE with 115K miles for $6400 US, in great cond.
Also, are those miles or kms?
If they are equal besides the info you gave us, I would go with the newer one

He is talking in canadian currency and metric units.

So both cars are $9,480.00 US.

The mileage on the 99 SE is 74,564 miles
The mileage on the 97 SE is 55,923 miles

I still think you should go with the newer one (if those are the only criteria we're going by). There is 20K miles difference between the two and 2 years. An average person puts about 15-20K miles a year on their vehicle, so if you subtract one year the 99 is still 1 year newer than the 97.
