Stillen acted like no amount of money can buy those missing pieces. I even offered to buy another set of camber plates if they throw in the missing pieces so I can complete the used set. They said "NO" to that offer. This is from their manager. But I knew everything has it's price, so guess how I got the missing piece??????

This whole experience really showed me what Stillen is really like and everything people said about Stillen is true. They ****ed me over three times already. 1. My b-pipe was too long and I had to spend $90 to shorten it. 2. They sent the wrong belt with my UDP. 3. This whole camber plates ordeal.

I told them I would buy the Big brake kit if they throw in those pieces. The whole time they were like "It doesn't matter how much money you have spent with us. A customer that spent $1 gets treated like a customer that spent $5000". I just don't buy that. I usually get my stillen parts via shops or dealers. They don't have my sales history except when I bought a catback and a UDP. They kept saying "There is something we can do and there are something we can't". I tried the logic about if a customer bought a brand new camber plates and it was missing parts. Would you mail him the missing parts? They said "YES", but they can't sell me those pieces because I got them used. I'm not asking for free parts. I'm willing to pay. It was a total ********. The sale guys are cool. It's the customer service manager that's the ****. Now, I have a big brake kit that I wasn't planning on buying.

yeha, but you CAN go wrong by supporting their horrible customer service by continuing to buy other "good" parts from them.
