1.)Use the search function. This has been answered many, many, many, MANY times.
2.) Go to http://www.bol.ucla.edu/~cchiu1/fogs.html, on Cheston's site. It has a scanned copy of the Nissan OEM direction manual.

I used a utility knife, just as the instructions stated. Buy a good one and get some extra blades. You will not be able to cut through in one pass, the bumper material is at least 1/8" thick. Just take your time and make multiple passes until you get through.

Get a heat gun an use a low setting. Hold it about 6-8" away. The knife cut all of the way through in one pass. The hard part is putting the gasket stuff in, especially on the top inside corner.

Like I've posted many times, the auto GXEs without cruise control, the intermittent wipers or the power drivers seat DON'T come prewired (from Nissan, not me). If you cut it open and its not there then I don't know what to tell you. Nissan states that they DON'T recommend adding the harness, but it may be possible. Anyone do it? For now, just put the foglights in, but of course they are now purely cosmetic.
