Interesting Info

I work as a Health Inspector in my area, specializing in groundwatrer treatment. Recently I was at an Acura Dealership, I was speaking to the owner and he said 9% of his service department was warranty work. This is compared to 40% at Mercedes and 48% at my local Nissan Dealership. That sucks 48% warranty and they rank second to last in customer satidfaction. Oh yeah, there were 2 people waiting in Acura service. There was 10 people in Nissan just waiting to see and Advisor. Sad, this is.

Things to consider:

1) Nissan sells a whole bunch more cars than Acura does

2) Nissan has a much bigger lineup of cars

I believe it's true. According to JD Power Survey that Acura rank the highest. Funny thing, Lexus is not even on the brand survey.

Those are good points. I just wish that MY local Nissan dealer was a little for customer friendly.

Oh well, I love my 2K2 just the same.

but also keep in mind that lots of old folks or car illiterate people might be buying more nissan's, those people take their car in for no reason(things that most of us could just fix or put it back in ourselves and not waste time going to the dealership)
