Would 5th gen 2k3 seats fit in a 4th gen maxima?

Just curious, but has anyone ever tried fitting 5th gen seats (specifically 2k3 leather seats) into a 4th gen? Can it be directly bolted on (both front buckets and rear bench), or is there some major modifications to be done?

Thanks

Funny.. My mom and quite a few org members would like to go the other way. I suppose there's probably a contingent in your boat as well.. Can't personally answer your question tho. Try search..

Why would others like to go the other way? Are 2k3 seats that bad in terms of support? I prefer the actual leather infinite times over 4th gen leather. I tried searching and only saw 4th generation into 3rd generation swaps, and Dave B who put prelude seats into his 4th gen.

I almost tried this by putting 2k3 I35 seats in mine. Then someone offered a good price for those and I sold it :-(

I doubt the width of the seats changed much from 4th to 5th gen... i can measure the width from bolt to bolt later today if you want...

Your seats are horrible, cmon face the truth Dennis. They are basically vinyl with massive cracks. I would rather sit on bare plywood.

Well if it is not too much of a hassle, then could you please do so?
Thanks
