I'm tempted to call em. They interviewed some dork mechanic that installs some crap lazerlight blue bulbs (looked like halgen with a bule coating) for 75bucks! They said scientists have proven bule light helps visabiltiy! WRONG. Those "blue" bulbs are worse cuz they talk a dim light and make it worse but pushing it through the blue coating.

The true HID is not blue but very white....but just on the borderline. Thats why they have that tint. The mechanic said how all the drivers come back and say how they have such "a clear cut differnce"...BULL! I'm gonna call them tomm.

Am i right in saying that BLUE does NOT help visability...even if it was very bright?

You are very correct. The main reason they are bad is the wavelength of the light. Blue light scatters more. I bet those drivers arent raving about how well they can see in the rain...

Well... in every story, they have to take it from a certain angle. And they took the side of the dumbasses who think blue bulbs help them see better.

The person who did this report definately talked to some people who said they felt like the were going to drive into a wall when it rained because of them blue bulbs, but... which sounds better: I paid $75 and I can see better or I paid $75 and can't see crap?

Call them up tomorrow... don't think they'll do anything though... ever seen a retraction on tv?

blue bulbs suck major nuts, a while back i got some because i was all in the hype. Geez all i can say is that i could see better if i held a flash light out my window. Im back to my COOL BLUES, they have no blue tint just brighter
