shaving emblems... could I put them back on later?

I am thinking about shaving my trunk w/ fishing line. If I wanted to put the emblems back on before I sold the car, is that possible?
Also, could someone list all the things I would need to shave the emblems off and get all the residue off/clean the area?

yes you can if you get the proper adhesive. use some goo-gone, fishing line or floss, hairdryer, time, and some effort.

I don't think it'll ever look the same after you take the emblems off. You can stick them back, but its very hard to make it perfect. As long you have red/clears, shaved *** would look fine

Its only 4 or 5 bucks for the adhesive at your local hardware store, I put mine on the other day and it took 10 minutes and looks like new.
