It’s a 1985 Nissan Z, Turbo 5spd. In Automatic and stock form, the times are, 7.4 0-60 15.7 ¼

Needless to say it was fast on my test drive and should exceed those times with the stick. Not bad for an 85!

Needs some interior work (Dash, seats, carpet), new coat of paint (Silver), of course some 17” wheels and more boost, and a few suspension mods

So if I were to pick one up at about $1800 with 86K original miles form the original owner’s son, is this a good deel/weekend project car?

I also have my 01 Infiniti, and a 86 IROC with a 355 TPI, though I’m itiching for a turbo manual car. Also, I’m just novice with a Manual, want to learn how to be a performance stick driver. Whats the best way to lauch this car, starting with pressing down the clutch.

I had an 85 NA Z and it was a very fun car; seemed very light, especially the rear end on wet pavement.

If the mileage is correct and it hasn't been crashed, that's not a bad deal, go for it.
