my car has remus styled squared muffler tips. I think it looks good. Not everybody wants the same big a$$ round muffler sticking out the back.

As far as where to buy, remus sells them, and www.procarparts.com

I mean seriously SeaMax, why in the world would you want mufflers with rectangular tips when the cutout in the kit is rectangular? Are you taking crazy pills or something?

Anyways, some of the Powertech mufflers I've seen have a tip similar to the 5th gen one, maybe they sell tips as well?

...anyway. My mother's 2001 tip is kind of rectangular/oval. I think the base is kind of rectangular and the end is more oval, or the other way around.

BTW. SeaMax, I think a set of ovals would look the nicest. I think the boxy 3-gen needs to be offset with some ovoid type shapes

I agree. Nobody liked by dual oval tip muffler on my '91 SE, but I thought it looked great.

I'd have to agree. I have this magnaflow on my car, though if I had to do it again, I'd get double-walled tips. This or this would look sweet on a 3rd gen. I'll try to get a picture of the muffler on my car tomorrow when there's daylight.

Didn't really ask for an opinion! Thanks for all the info guys. Someone suggested this page and I was thinking about this tip..

Part 35175

I'm thinking maybe it would look nicer to have a tip that fills out my cutout instead of the round style tip. And I like the roll edge tips because it looks better than the regular cut tips.

I posted to get my count up? If I wanted to get my count up I would post *****, like you do. Also, I changed my mind about thinking you should be banned. I read some of your other posts and it seems like you help people sometimes. Then there are other times when you give your opinion when it is not asked for. Like this thread here. Sorry to thread jack Seamax, I hope you are able to find what you are looking for.

Yes, 40 bucks at Advance auto, and if i didnt have countless exhuast leaks from a ****ty shop welding, it would sound better....

Great looking! I have the 2k maxima oval tip on mine but was thinking of putting the Sentra dual "finishers" on instead to get more of your look.

Thanks! I had a 2k max muffler on my white Max, but I wanted something more aggresive for this car, both in terms of sound and look. Boy did I get it.
