HID kit

Was wondering if anyone knew where i could get a reasonably priced HID kit for an H3c bulb. I have the skyline r32 lights and want to make them HID. ANy help or info is appreciated!

What's the difference between H3c, and plain old H3? I've never heard of H3c?
