Dude, you're clueless. You don't "slap in" a motor, you "throw in" a motor. Turbos and SCs get "slapped in" because they're easy

dude seriosly if your going to go threw the hassle of putting a vq35 in, you mine as well use the one from a 350z and make your max RWD

 

He can have the motor out of my buddies 350z we are going to put a 460 Ford in it and convert it to FWD.

Northstar=crap.....Everytime I think northstar....cadillac electric ride suspension enters my mind.....what a hunk. On a side note I tried the mid engine mount of the vq3.5...however getting that in there and the differential for the awd system..was to hard. So I just shoe horned it in the engine bay...wasnt that bad..I just hope the jb weld holds.

I'm sure cadillac had electronic suspension on the motor mounts too...I think it was on just about everything the car had.LOL JK regardless the northstar system is the most overrated engine around....you dont here to much talk about it now. For me I'm putting a southstar in.
