Need help: Horrible Cold Starting Problem

I need some help you guys,

This is not for my Maxima, but for my winter car. A 1994 Chrysler Concorde 3.5L. The problem I am having is the car, only when cold, will barely start. The car will crank and crank and crank but has such trouble turning on. I have to keep cranking it and then you will hear it try to go and I have to push the gas pedal to get it to start. It will take about 10-15 seconds to start, and I always have to give it gas to go, so I'm thinking it has to be fuel related, but I dunno. I really need some help, as I won't be driving my maxima for winter. Please help me, and moderators please don't move this thread because it is related, and if I cant fix the problem I'm gonna have to drive the maxima.

Forgot to mention- the car has a new battery, cleaned the throttle bodies, replaced pcv valve and hose. Has 95,000 miles on car and runs great when started.

How cold is cold? Does the car have to sit for a long time between problematic starts or just overnight? I dunno much about that motor - carb or FI? I'm guessing carb since you mentioned pumping the gas. Couldn't hurt to check the rest of the basics like plugs, fuel filter, fuel pump, etc.
