i just installed the harness on my car..now my high beam doesnt work...the high beam indicator on my gauge panel is on but dim...

you most likely messed up the wiring. i remember when i did mine, the colors of the wires didn't match up, so i spliced in the new wires individually so they were to the correct one. look at your old harness and see which wire goes where, and try to compare it to the new ones. basically, you probably crossed the wires. goodluck and hopefully that makes sense.
